The Withered Moon was once a lively tavern and the headquarters of the Hinokiba clan, the leader was Raiga Hinokiba, father to Mine and husband to Fey. After his passing, the building fell into quiet neglect, its lanterns dimmed and its halls left to gather dust and memory. Now reclaimed by Mine, Fey and their returned sister, Nari, it has taken on new life without shedding its past. The tavern still serves beneath low light, and a private bar remains for conversations meant to stay unheard. Below, Fey has built a laboratory and clinic where she mixes her poisons and tonics alike.

Nari Hitsuki

A woman who has craved nothing but the quiet life. However, her skills with the ledgers and past poor choices have kept that as a dream.

A quiet man for a quiet woman. Not much is known about Ren except for his love for his wife, Nari.

Enid Rose

A runaway bride. She left behind a life of riches and high society. Escaping the clutches of restriction for a life of blooming freedom. A botanist by trade.

Arna Otoel

A black haired beauty. An ex-con able to seduce her way out of the clutches of previous employers, or by throwing a punch.

Nhagi Lisbath

A Miqote who loves to fish and throw her large axe into enemies. She works in the tavern behind the bar.
