The Withered Moon was once a lively tavern and the headquarters of the Hinokiba clan, the leader was Raiga Hinokiba, father to Mine and husband to Fey. After his passing, the building fell into quiet neglect, its lanterns dimmed and its halls left to gather dust and memory. Now reclaimed by Mine, Fey and their returned sister, Nari, it has taken on new life without shedding its past. The tavern still serves beneath low light, and a private bar remains for conversations meant to stay unheard. Below, Fey has built a laboratory and clinic where she mixes her poisons and tonics alike.
